   Whova Conference App Instructions

1.

Download the Whova App from the App Store. Open the app. You will be prompted to Sign In or Setup a password for your profile.

Updating your profile is optional. Click continue to bypass updating your profile.

IMPORTANT: When registering, you MUST use the email address that your conference registration is

under (i.e., your NCBCweb account email address).

2.

You should see the NCBC Boston logo. If not, search NCBC.

3.

Create your own Agenda by selecting the + sign next to each event you will be attending.

4.

You will be prompted to be reminded. If you do not want a reminder for any event, select the Remember my choice box before selecting the No reminder (or it will pop up for each selection).

5.

Once all of your selections are made, select the My Agenda tab at the top to only view your selected agenda.

Attendee List

1.

To view the list of conference attendees, select Attendees from the bottom menu.

2.

You are able to message an attendee within the app by clicking on their name.

Note: You are able to opt out of the attendee list and still utilize the app. If you would like for your name to be removed from the attendee list and disallow attendees to contact you, follow the steps below:

1.

Select your profile from the top left corner (you may see the letter of your first name).

2.

Click on Settings. Slide the toggle switch next to Other attendees can see me.
