2024 NCBC Conference

Boston, Massachusetts

July 29 - August 1, 2024

The United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Massachusetts is honored and excited to host the 2024 National Conference of Bankruptcy Clerks in historic Boston!

Our Court consists of three divisional offices – Boston, Worcester, and Springfield - which support the approximately 7 million residents of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. We have three active judges.

Boston was founded in 1630. It is not only the state capitol but the largest city in New England. It is a city of neighborhoods rich with history, culture, and a love of sports and the great outdoors. We look forward to showing you all Boston has to offer!

Sock Drive

This year the NCBC will be conducting a sock drive and contributing the donations to the Pine Street Inn. Pine Street is the largest homeless services provider in New England and it helps obtain permanent housing, conduct street outreach, and assist with workforce development. It also provides emergency shelter and clothing.

There will be boxes available at the conference for sock donations - they are especially in need of larger sizes.

To donate other much needed items from Amazon select this link and have it sent directly to the Pine Street Inn.

All those donating an item will be entered into a drawing to win a gift bag from the host court. If you send something to Pine Street Inn via Amazon.com, please send an email to  Mary Murray at Mary_Murray@mab.uscourts.gov, using the reference line Pine Street Donation, to be entered into the drawing to win. If donating at the conference, you will receive a ticket to put your name into the box for the drawing.

Thank you for your support.

IMPORTANT! - If you have NOT booked your hotel under the NCBC hotel block at the Westin you will be responsible for an additional $30/day fee.  If you booked under the block of rooms by the link we provided you will not be charged this fee nor will be eligible for the items included with the fee.

For those staying at the Omni - see the information below regarding pool access

The hotel utilizes Resort Pass to reserve space/chairs at the pool this summer. As long as guests have emails on file this will also be communicated from the hotel in pre-arrival emails. Guests will need their confirmation number and then they can use this link to reserve a spot at the pool. If they don’t reserve in advance, pool access will be subject to availability.

Note that the Tax Exempt Form for the hotel requires an accompanying signed letter for the exemption
